DivineWorks Event is in search of self starting, independent, motivated individuals to fill 4 specific internship positions.

Event Planning Internships offer an experience which entails a variety of responsibilities. These responsibilities include helping clients with all aspects of planning different events such as:

 

• Wedding ceremonies

• Receptions

• Concerts

• Fashion Shows

• Conventions 

• Birthdays and more...

 

Intern Duties may include-

• Assisting in marketing research

• Maintaining social networking for the company

• Assisting with event coordination

• Assembling gift baskets

• Planning and implementing

• On-site management 

• Directly communicating with vendors and clients

 

Interns have the opportunity to work on site at our events AND are expected to maintain an extremely high level of professionalism. Also, MUST be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment while maintaining details in an excellent fashion.

 

**Required Experience:

Some administrative, organizational, design, networking, Hospitality.

**Preferred Experience:

Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Sales.

 

Interns can expect to design, organize, plan and coordinate events. Chosen interns will also earn experience in sales, account management, team leadership, destination management, corporate event planning, social gatherings, and more. They will be offered incentives based on performance evaluations along the way.
